eat, sleep, swim

In the span of a month I've gone from only swimming about one week a year to swimming several times a week. It's actually become something I look forward to. And I hardly ever look forward to an activity whose main focus is exercise.

I think my endurance is improving and my technique is getting better. I just need to figure out how to breathe, stop swallowing so much water, and stop spitting so much in the pool. And apparently it is not like the ocean and you are supposed to get out of the pool if you want to pee.

Yup I've learned a lot about swimming this month.
