Summer library books

Some are not

Edge of honor by Brad thor. an Independence Day thriller. Need more books with more detailed action using a flux defense raider

The book that broke the world by mark lawrence. Wait didn’t I read this already? Yes but as an audiobook so I’m sure I missed a lot and decided to reread.

The woman in suite 11 by Ruth ware. The sequel to the woman in cabin 10, a joke I was making before I got the book but turns out it’s true

The will of the many hierarchy book 1 by James islington a hefty 684 page fantasy in the manner of red rising, empire of silence, and in the name of the wind. Enjoyed it and look forward to the next one.

How to read a book by Monica wood. Spoiler alert - front to back. I started off ambivalent but ended up enjoying it, especially a specific character I won’t spoil for you. The back cover blurbs should also have a spoiler alert.

My friends by fredrik backman. at first I didn’t enjoy the writing style and sense of humor (due to translation?) but got used to it.

The last ferry out by Andrea bartz

Broken country by Clare Leslie hall

The hike by Lucy Clarke

Maggie; or, a man and a woman walk into a bar by Katie yee

Finding grace by Loretta rothschild
