"That's it!" I yelled to my wife. "I'm quitting this book! It happened again!"
A character offers someone a Lightning Quick tutorial on how to use a revolver, saying "Safety'll be on the side. Make sure it's switched off if you see trouble coming...".

After a quick internet search, I learned a few things. There are websites documenting all the gun errors Stephen King has made over the years in his books. Whew, supposedly no errors in "It". My wife just bought that one. Also, to my surprise Stephen King is a gun owner. So why all the mistakes?

Mystery solved. Now I know where he gets it.
The horror. The horror.
